Files of additional Circuit Court for Michigan Territory containing complaints, evidence, correspondence, summonses, warrants, transcripts, notes, execution orders and appeals. Cases relate to the collection of debts, disputes over land titles, probate, contract disputes, trespass, assault, slander and divorce actions, with names and dates. The court convened at Prairie du Chien until 1830 and thereafter at Mineral Point.
